Where is FineNordic located? Where will the merchandise be shipped from?

FineNordic is located at Denmark’s beautiful West Coast, in the charming little harbor town, Lemvig, in Midtjylland. Both, the FineNordic physical store and the FineNordic warehouse are located here:

Can I order FineNordic gift certificates online?

Ordering gift certificates online is currently not possible, but we are constantly working on expanding and improving our services.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made, if we receive notification in a timely matter. Please write an email to our customer service department at: support@finenordic.com, including the order number in the subject field. If you would like to have items added, or taken out of your order, please write us the various product numbers you wish to have added or removed.

A part of my order is a pre-order, when will it be shipped?

We will ship your order, once all items from your order are in stock. We do not send out separate shipments from one order. If parts of your order are a pre-order, then you can find the expected in stock dates with each article. As soon as all parts of your order are in stock, your order will be processed, packed and shipped.

How can I cancel my order?

Did you change your mind or ordered the wrong item? No worries! As long as the order hasn’t been packed, you have the opportunity to cancel your order. Just write an email, including the order number to: support@finenordic.com and our customer service staff will be glad to assist you.

How can I pay for my order?

Most orders can be paid via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. There are a few countries, where not all three options are available. You will find out during check-out, what options you have in your country. Orders will be processed, as soon as we have received payment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped off from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will also include your invoice and a tracking link, with which you can track the status of your order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact: support@finenordic.com. Be sure to add your order # in the subject field.

What to do, if I have received damaged merchandise:

Please send an email to our customer service at: support@finenordic.com Please write the order number in your subject field. In your email, please include the product number and a photo of the merchandise that was damaged. Let us know if you would like us to send a replacement. We will take care of the rest.

Please note: We specifically ask not to return defective merchandise without contacting us first.

What if I decide to send my order, or a part of my order back to receive a refund?

If you decide to send an order or a part of an order back to us, because you don’t like the item or have changed your mind, please send the order to:

Please make sure you pack the items carefully and if possible with its original packaging. Once we receive the shipment back in our warehouse and merchandise has been checked that we have received it in good condition, we will send you a refund for the returned articles via bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. (Depending on how you paid for the order.
