You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.


Orders are normally shipped by parcel post. Small orders are sent as letters. Large orders (furniture, etc.) are sent by courier. In stock items are normally shipped same day or 1 working day after the order was placed. There may be a 1-2 days longer delivery time in connection with weekends, holidays and promotions. If the order contains one or more items that are on backorder, we will send the entire order together, when all the items are in stock. Subject to errors in availability and prices.

Right of Withdrawal

When you shop with us, you have 14 days to cancel your order.

The period to withdraw from your purchase will expire 14 days after the day you;

  • receive your product;
  • have the last product of your order in physical possession, when there has been an agreement about items that have been ordered in one order, but get delivered separately;
  • have the last lot or the last part in physical possession, if it’s about an agreement on delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be sent to support@finenordic.com. In your message, make us clearly aware of you wanting to make use of your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo an order by simply rejecting the goods, without sending us clear message about this, to support@finenordic.com.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

When returning items, you are responsible for the products being packed safely. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the products. Some items (by their nature) may not be returned by regular mail. This applies eg. to furniture.

Items excluded from withdrawal right

The following product types are excluded from withdrawal right:

  • Delivered goods that were made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • Delivered goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Delivered sealed goods, which because of health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

You lose your right of withdrawal if;

  • Breaking the seal on products, which due to protection of health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return.

Product’s status, when you send it back

You are only liable for the possible diminished value of the goods, resulting from the usage of the product, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try out the product the same way as if you tried it out in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that with your right of withdrawal you only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount return, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you revoke your purchase, then you will get the amount back that you have paid us. If you partially revoke your purchase by not returning all products, you will get the amount back you have paid for the products you have returned. In case of a decrease in value, which you are liable for, an amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs if all products are returned (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement, until we have received the product, unless you since have supplied evidence of having sent back the product.

If you make use of your right to withdraw from your purchase, the item must be sent to:

You must attach a delivery note, order confirmation, or invoice. Note: We do not accept packages sent COD.

If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)

All claims should be made to support@finenordic.com. Please do not send items back without agreement.

Sale of Goods Act shortage rules apply to purchases.


When you shop at FineNordic, you have a 24-month warranty. You either get the product repaired, or replaced, refunded, or you receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect was not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

Filing a claim

You must file a claim within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you file a claim within two months after the defect was discovered, the claim is always timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs.

If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information, when sending the product to us:
When you return the product, please state as detailed as possible, what the problem is.
Note: We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.
Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.


If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact customer service. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the field, if conditions are met.

Privacy policy

For you to place an order on our website, we need the following information: name, address, phone number, email address, and IP address.

We use the personal information to be able to deliver your order to you and to be able to fulfill our accounting obligations.

The personal information will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the data relates in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law. After that, the information will be deleted.

FineNordic A/S is the data controller for the personal information collected via the website.

Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be passed on to our logistics partners for the purpose of delivering your order.

You are entitled at any time to ask us what personal data we have registered about you, what purpose the processing serves and which data processors we use in connection with the processing. You have the right to object to the registration.

You have these rights under the GDPR. Any enquiries about this should be sent to FineNordic A/S by e-mail to support@finenordic.com.

Processing of personal information - consent

If you have entered your email or ticked the box where you accept newsletter emails from us, we will process your email address and the information about your purchases from us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our newsletter emails or by contacting us at support@finenordic.com, stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.

Data security

Whether we process your personal data to fulfill a contract or based on your consent, we will always treat your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted once that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

If there are errors in our information, you can always ask for them to be corrected, just as you have the right to be provided with the data in a common format (data portability).

If you have any requests for amendments or data portability, you are also very welcome to contact us at the above e-mail address.

If you no longer want us to process your personal data or if you want us to restrict the processing of your personal data, you can send us a request to the above-mentioned e-mail address.

This information is shared with third parties, for example Google, and cookies are used for anonymous tracking across websites. By using our site, you agree to the use of cookies.
